Another great way to market your business on the Internet is to write articles. You can begin by picking a subject that has to do with your business and just write a 250 word article. It's that simple. You maybe thinking what next and I am happy to answer that question for you. The next thing you will do is to submit your article to online article banks. Why you ask? Well when you submit your article to these article banks, there are publishers out there who are working on ezines, print magazines and other media and they are looking for good articles to include in their publication. Being a former magazine publisher, I can tell you first hand being able to find quality articles saves the publishers and editors a lot of time and headache. Why not let it be your article that they chose to run in there publication. So you maybethinking how will this help me. Well when you write your article, you will include at the very bottom of the article what we call the resource box. This is just a few lines that will include the following information about you.
- Your name
- Your title
- Your company name
- Your web address
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- A brief not about you
Most publishers and editors will be happy to leave your contact information in the article, because they are happy that they did not have to pay you to write the article and it is the least that they can do. So you have written your article and the next thing you have to do is submit it to article banks. Well I am just going to be honest with you. This is the tedious part. You will have to submit each article manually. There are hundreds of article banks out there. If you go to Google.com and type in how to submit an article, you will be able to view hundreds of article banks. You will then have to decide which banks you want to use and then set up an account on each one of them. Once this is done, the next thing you will have to do is to submit your article to each bank. Once your article has been submitted, it will be availble for publishers and editors to copy and paste into their publication.There are three huge advantages when you use article marketing;
- You will be exposed to groups you have never heard of
- You will become recognized as an expert in your field
- You will be a published author
I use this method of marketing all the time. I write one article per week and submit it to my article banks. You will find that this technique can work with any business, you just have to take the time to write the article and do the submission work. You might be thinking that you hate writing and this will never work for you. If you are thinking this, I can tell you that this method can work for you too. All you have to do is get someone to write the article for you and you submit it to your article banks. So you see this can still work even if you hate to write.
